Happy Halloween!

The leaves are swirling above, the warm Summer air has been replaced with the crisp, cool winds of Fall. The pumpkins and gourds are ripe, the decorations are out and everything is in its place waiting for the little ghosts and goblins who will be crowding the streets tonight playing their tricks in search of treats.

Wishing Everyone a Safe and Happy Halloween!

Oh, that is just adorable. I love your house! I hope the little (and much too big) urchins take the treats and not the pumpkins and quit ringing the doorbell by 9 p.m. I'm such a fun loving gal.

No, I'm actually looking forward to tonight. Happy Halloween! :)

Hi Connie, Clever Halloween rhyme! I checked your post today where you showed your activities from yesterday. I know where I want to be next Halloween! Thanks for stopping by!

2 Toddlers and Me, Thank you so much for the award, I'm tickled!

Hi Mama-face, I'm with you, by 9:00 pm I'm so sick of running to the door, I just want to sit down and eat chocolate!

Hi Martha, yes that is my door. We live in an old Historic Home that was built in 1891. Easy to make it look creepy!

Thanks Kys, Like I said to Martha, living in an old home cuts the decorating way down, the house looks creepy anyway Lol!

Hi Blueviolet, thanks so much for stopping by. Hope you have a great Halloween and that goes out to all of you lovely ladies!

Happy halloween to you too. I for one just adore an old house.......When I enter one(empty)I can feel the past(good vibes or bad). Have a good weekend.

My Aimless Infatuation, Thanks for stopping by, I too am very sensitive to vibes but I certainly pick up on bad ones much more easily than good, I'm lucky that my 120-year-old home has a nice atmosphere even on creepy Halloween!

Hi Yonca, Happy Halloween to you too! Can't wait to carve up those pumpkins you see on my step and try some of your recipes! Your bread too Connie!

Just Playin', thanks for commenting. You can stop by any time, I have lots of chocolate treats left over!

Hi Corrie, Yes, that is my front door, I live in an old Historic Home, built in 1891. Perfect setting to make a creepy Halloween display for the kiddies. My 3 1/2 year old had a blast running to the door to see the costumes. I'll be watching for your post to hear how your kids did!

I love how you decorated your front door... :) I wish we can do that here, too, but we live in a high-rise. Heh. Hope your Halloween was super!

Hi Buckeroomama, Yes, I love to decorate the outside of my house. These older homes make it easy to do a theme regardless of which holiday it is. Cute having the parents photographing their children on my doorstep Halloween night, the kids loved it and my daughter loved seeing all the costumes. Thanks for stopping by!
