Tropical Traditions Coconut Chips GIVEAWAY with Review (ENDED)

WINNER IS KARI K

I've been enjoying the tasty Tropical Traditions coconut oil for several months now so when I had the opportunity to choose another of their delicious coconut products to review, I went for their lavish coconut chips!
These shredded Coconut Chips are just like the famous Coconut Candy available at roadside stands all over Hawaii.  So easy to make once Tropical Traditions has done the hard work for us by selecting the best coconuts, cutting them open and then shredding the delicious coconut into perfect-sized chips.   Just boil about 1 cup of coconut chips in 1 cup of water with 1 1/2 cups of sugar (this is why they taste so good!) until the syrup evaporates, pour onto a greased baking sheet, separate with a fork, cool and then bake at 250 degrees until lightly browned.  Cool again and then enjoy a little taste of paradise anywhere and anytime!

These nice-sized coconut chips can be enjoyed as a snack on their own, mixed with fruit and nuts or lightly toasted in your oven and then used to garnish cakes, pies or cupcakes.  Once you have tasted them, you will become inspired to use them in your everyday cooking as well.  I plan to add a few next time I make Jasmine Rice.

And if you run out of ideas, Tropical Traditions has hundreds of Free Recipes on their site to help you get the most out of their Coconut Products.

If you're still unsure, take a minute to watch this short video directly from the Tropical Traditions site which will quickly demonstrate how these premium coconut products are made WITHOUT fertilizers, pesticides, additives, preservatives, sulfites or sweeteners.  What you will receive is pure flavor the way nature intended!
