Oh Yes, My Hubby Is Still A Klutz!

Seems my husband can't do enough around the house to keep me laughing.  If you want a little preview, you will find other stories here and here.

So keeping right on track with his theme of cracking me up on a regular basis, there is the "cream cheese incident".  Sounds innocent enough, right?  Well, sorry but you'd be wrong.  Only my klutzy hubby could make a container of cream cheese a laugh.

It started the other night when he decided to go looking for a steak in the freezer (we have a standard refrigerator with the freezer door at the top).  He's rooting around with his usual complaint that he can't find anything blah, blah, blah when a small package of frozen chicken hits the floor.  So I'm on the couch in our open concept kitchen/family room with him in full view as he bends down to pick up the chicken.

Well, while he's picking it up, a plastic container of frozen cream cheese comes sliding out of the freezer above him and hits him square on the head.  Do I have to tell you I started laughing the minute I saw he wasn't knocked out "cold"?

So he hears me laughing hysterically as he picks up the container of frozen cream cheese and fires it at one of the kitchen walls.  The lid comes off, there is cream cheese everywhere and my husband breaks into a big smile, wipes his hands together and walks back to the family room saying "I guess I showed that cream cheese who is boss".  But somehow I think the cream cheese won that battle.

He never did find a steak!  And yes, I was happy to help him clean up the cheese, it was so worth the laugh I got!
