Lumiere Mineral Makeup GIVEAWAY with Review (ENDED)

Mineral Makeup is quickly becoming my new favorite anytime hubby and I enjoy a night out either at our favorite restaurant or with friends.  And no wonder.  Mineral Makeup blends so effortlessly, the amount of coverage is so easy to control and it has incredible staying power. 

So of course I was delighted when I was offered the opportunity to review the sensational mineral makeup available at Lumiere Cosmetics.  Mineral Makeup that is natural and won't irritate my sensitive skin or block my pores.

The first item I tried was their Face Base Loose Mineral Foundation in Light Medium Neutral.

I was impressed with how finely milled and silky smooth the texture was.  It easily adhered to my brush and felt feather light on my face.  The color blended beautifully with my skin tone and it was easy to build layers of coverage for any blemishes, sunspots or redness I wanted to hide.   It left my skin with a flawless, even tone and I was then ready to try the two pretty cheek shades they sent. 

I received two gorgeous shades for cheeks to try, Terra Cotta and Mauvelous. The Mauvelous is a soft rosy mauve shade and looked so natural and soft on my cheeks.  I then used a light application of the Terra Cotta across my forehead and chin and down the center of my nose.  Overall, a perfect rosy glow!

And now for the drama!  Check out these sensational eye colors I reviewed!  

I received Twilight Green and Moondance and they are gorgeous!  I used them dry but they can be applied with water too for a more dramatic evening look.

With my dark brown eyes, these colors just popped!!  The Moondance has a striking grey/blue shimmer and the Twilight Green shimmered in a tropical sea foam green.  These two shades will definitely be going with me on our Hawaiian vacation in April!

Overall, I loved this mineral makeup but what sets Lumiere Cosmetics well above the rest is how easy it is to shop their collection.  There are great tips on their site to help you choose your best shade and just like having your own beauty consultant along, there are many recommendations so you can choose other products that work best with the colors you choose.
