Well ladies, we all know that the end of Summer marks the beginning of Fall and with Fall comes the time to "suck it in" and "lift it back up"!  Time to bust out the shape wear for the cold weather ahead.

So, when I heard about ShaToBu, "The Workout You Wear",  I couldn't wait to try it out.  I'm all for hitting the gym but when I heard that just by wearing a ShaToBu shaper I could burn up to 12% more calories, I couldn't wait to sign up!

The ShaToBu on-line store has several styles and I chose the high waist to knee Shaper.  Let's face it, after having a baby in my 40's, I need the extra tummy control.

I not only loved the pretty pink packaging but was pleasantly surprised at how quickly it was shipped to me.  Talk about service!  So with the shaper in my hot little hands, it was time to try it on and check it out.

I was surprised by how comfortable wearing it was considering how well it created that "sleek silhouette" we all want to see in the mirror.  It was invisible under my clothing and felt so smooth.  Once I started moving around the house, I could feel the resistance bands but it was a "good" feeling, not restricting or too tight and believe me, nothing was jiggling or moving.    

And this Shaper has science behind it.  The workout you get from wearing ShaToBu is based on resistance training.  Inside each shaper are seamless resistance bands that make your muscles work a little harder during natural movement.  You won't even notice you're getting a workout while enjoying your daily activities!
