When I was given the opportunity to review an item from the vast line of meaningful jewelry created by the talented artists of Alexa's Angels, I was drawn to the Believe for a Cure Pink Crystal Heart Bracelet for breast cancer awareness.

Thousands of women of all ages continue to be diagnosed each and every year with this dreaded disease and I am reminded of that every time my own five-year-old daughter reaches a milestone.  You see, the week she was born, another mom here who was only 32 at the time, gave birth to her own daughter and then passed away 5 months later when her breast cancer returned.  She left behind a 6-year-old and her newborn daughter, the same age as my own little girl.

Unfortunately, this heartbreaking story or one very similar continues to play out again and again all over the world.  Raising money, spreading awareness and finding a cure is critical so as a tribute to all those brave moms, daughters, sisters, aunts and grandmothers, Alexa's Angels has created this outstanding bracelet.
