Aloha Friday - Are You Dieting?



Aloha Fridays are brought to you by Kailani in beautiful Hawaii at An Island Life where Friday is the day to take it easy while anticipating the coming weekend. Today I'm going to link up, take it easy and ask a question:

Who is on a diet or "eat healthy" kick right now?

I've been on an "eat healthy but still drink lots of coffee" kick for a while shedding weight at a very slow but steady pace.  Hey Summer's coming......eventually!

  1. I started Weight Watchers new Points Plus system. Down 1.6lbs in the first week. I weigh in again on Monday night so I'm excited to see if I've lost this week. So easy and never hungry!

  2. yep, I'm using SparkPeople to track my nutrition and fitness. I am determined to finally lose it once and for all!

  3. I AM!!!! My biggest problem is soda and coffee! YIKES! I am hoping to at least drop one pound every week!

  4. I am, though I am hoping it is more than just a kick. I applied to be a Mamavation Mom and publicly lose weight. Hopefully it all works out.

  5. You know it...I am doing SparkPeople too...tracking every bite into my mouth and exercise. I have them on my computer, phone and ipod! Can't say it's too hard that way!

  6. We are working on eating healthier and getting more exercise due to a trip to Jamaica at the end of the month. Putting on a swimsuit right now scares me!

    But our goal is to stay on the healthy track upon return from vacation. We shall see...

  8. I was going to go back to Weight Watchers but I can not afford it. :(

    I am awaiting the arrive of my Bee Pollen. It is suppose to give you more energy and curb your appetite.

    So that is where I am on that diet roller coaster.

  9. Not really the dieting type but I do try to limit my portions... I just love food so much that I can't give up everything! I try to exercise if I over do it!! :)) Happy Friday!

  10. I started a food journal last week and am counting calories. I do take weekends off from it, but I have lost 2 pounds last I checked.

  16. I don't believe in "dieting" because the second you stop the diet you gain all of the weight back plus some. I am trying to eat healthier right now in 3 ways. 1) Less sugar. 2) Smaller portions. 3) Fewer snacks. I am down 3.5 pounds this year :)
